"A professional move with a personal touch”
As a teenager growing up in the Bronx, I “witnessed” my first real estate transaction! My mom purchased her first home in the Bedford Park section and allowed me to experience the process with her from start to finish. I won’t say I was hooked, but I gained an appreciation of how transformational it can be to own a home.
I went on to earn a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University and a JD from New York Law School. I worked as a JD Document Analyst for 11 years. I secured my real estate license in 2015 but found more time to spend on real estate when the pandemic hit. That’s when I became hooked and shifted my focus full time. I find great reward in working with first-time home buyers as well as sellers who are emotionally attached to their properties, primarily in the Bronx and southern Westchester, though I have extended my services to most of the boroughs and even Orange County. I am there to provide a tender hand, along with the perspective of my legal background, to help them navigate through the process.
I have become an expert at helping clients with the co-op board application process. I hold my Associate Broker’s license, an SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) certification, am NACA certified, and a Notary Public for NYS, all with the goal of providing more professional representation and services to my clients.
I have a passion for working with students. I am active with H.S. students from the Bronx International H.S., including participating at career fairs, school events, and have hired some students as interns. I also volunteer as a team leader for New York Cares.
I’d value the opportunity to assist you with your next real estate move. Please contact me anytime for that professional yet personal experience.
