That holds true especially when you are buying or selling real estate; the communication between you and the agent representing you is paramount. The agent needs to clearly understand your motivation, your financial position, and your priorities. My goal in working with my clients is to be a good listener, assess your needs, and deliver on my service commitment.If you ask my closest friends, they will describe me as "a big teddy bear", kind-hearted and helpful. I'm the guy who will go out of my way to drive someone to the doctor, help them move when the truck breaks down, or spend a couple of hours helping fix their computer. That's just my nature. As a people person, it's not surprising that I have been a bartender, a DJ, and a maître d', and still help out at my cousin's restaurant when things get busy.I grew up in the Bronx and speak fluent Italian in addition to English. Since 2010, I have been a Yonkers resident. I am a problem solver and readily volunteer to get involved where I can.
