I consider myself to be a diversified, entrepreneurial salesman, and I say that with great pride. From a background in media service & sales where I founded and ran two successful companies, to my award-winning business as an AFLAC agent in the NY region, I have always set and achieved lofty sales goals for myself and my businesses. I bring these same strengths, skills and determination to my real estate clients to create success for them.
In real estate sales, I believe strongly in pre-production and preparation to achieve my clients’ goals. I approach every home listing with a detailed plan, performing all due diligence in advance, leaving nothing to chance. This sets my clients up for a smoother, quicker sale and a higher net gain. With buyer clients, I see my role as that of trusted advisor and expert facilitator, getting them to the closing table on their desired property.
I advise and assist buyers & sellers of homes, condos, co-ops and multi-family properties, investors, estate executors, and contractors looking to rehab properties for personal use, re-sale or return to the rental market. I have a team of professionals that I can consult and bring on board for each situation.
Outside of my business endeavors, I am active in church and community activities. I am a graduate of Fordham University and current president of the Fordham College Alumni Association, encompassing 70% of all Fordham University graduates. My wife & I, longtime Bronxville residents, are the proud parents of four daughters and eight grandchildren.
