I did it, I finally did it! After 2 decades of buying, selling, owning and managing income properties for my own portfolio, I took the plunge to become a licensed Realtor two years ago. Now I get to share my real estate acumen with my clients so they can skip the “learning curve” and benefit from the knowledge I’ve gained over the years. I also owned and co-managed a mortgage company in Montana for about 15 years, focused on financing residential and commercial properties, so I understand the finance side of real estate as well.
I am passionate about listening to each client’s real estate needs and finding the solution that best meets or exceeds their expectations. I don’t claim to know everything about real estate, but I work with a seasoned team of highly experienced professionals so my clients benefit from our years of cumulative knowledge, negotiating skills and expertise.
Having raised 5 children to successful adults, including 4 Eagle Scouts, I have a “masters” in hand-holding, patience, time management, teaching, and learning from mistakes. Born and raised near Stuttgart, Germany, I am fluent in German. I lived for many years in Bozeman, Montana before moving east to Bethel, CT in the early 2000’s. I love snow skiing, swimming, camping, music, trying new recipes, and I’m up for a good adventure pretty much anytime and anywhere! I am self-described as a little bit of a perfectionist…not a bad thing! I also make time to volunteer locally, teaching Sunday school and helping with a reading group for young students.
As I continue to build my business, I look forward to working with clients who appreciate the personal touch and commitment to excellence I pride myself in providing.
