I am a loyal person. I’ve used many of the same service providers and vendors for decades, and I’ve been married to the same woman for 50 years! Loyalty and integrity are part of my personal value system. Everyone gets the benefit of the doubt. I believe in treating people with respect, honesty and consideration, including my loyal customers and clients.
After graduating from the NY School of Printing, I worked in the printing business for several years. With an interest in antiques and jewelry, I opened Joe’s Antiques on McLean Ave. in Yonkers about 40 years ago, and still operate the business to this day. I hold a certificate in Fine Art Appraisal, and a GIA for Diamonds. In 2007, I obtained my real estate license and have actively added that to my professional experience ever since.
When I set a goal for myself, I take the actions necessary to accomplish it. I do the same for my clients, whether it’s helping someone sell their current home to move on to the next phase of their journey, or finding that perfect Tiffany lamp to compliment their décor. It’s all about helping someone get the results they want for themselves.
I have strong ties to the Westchester communities I’ve called home. I joined the Yonkers Auxiliary Police Dept. in 1975; I was promoted to Chief in 2014 and continue to serve in that capacity. I’ve lived in Rye for the past 32 years, and now have the pleasure of my two daughters and their families all living nearby, so I get the experience of watching my grandkids grow up and reap the benefits of Westchester’s wonderful schools and quality of life. I am an avid ballroom dancer, belonging to 2 major dance clubs in NY and CT. I am also a Notary Public.
I’d love to help you reach your real estate goals. Call me for any and all of your real estate needs.
