MEET JESSE FOPPIANO
NYS & CT Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
I take my career, and my responsibility to my clients very seriously. Buying and selling real estate is a major investment, so I work hard to make sure my clients get the highest level of service, knowledge and experience I can provide. I’ve had many clients tell me they really like working with me because I am not “salesy” or “pushy”; I will never try to convince anyone to make a decision that isn’t fully their choice. I think people recognize my honesty and sincerity, and that’s how I earn their trust, and become a true partner with them in the process.
I became a licensed Realtor in 2012, primarily serving rental clients throughout Westchester at the outset. As I gained skill and experience, I developed the residential sales and purchase side of my business, and added a CT license to my NY one, since many buyers consider both areas.
Prior to real estate, I spent 6 years working as a veterinary technician at Brook Farm Vet Center in Putnam County, not far from where I grew up in Patterson. That’s where I learned that I really enjoy the client/customer relationship aspect of being in a service business.
I am definitely “dog-friendly”; my adopted Catahoula Leopard Dog, Mia, is a big part of my active lifestyle. We live on a lake in Mahopac where we can kayak, paddleboard and hike frequently. I enjoy exotic travel – Thailand has been my favorite trip so far – and I’ve done skydiving, hot air ballooning and even tried swimming in a shark tank! One of my personal goals is to visit every National Park in the U.S.
If you’re looking for that not-so-typical Realtor experience, contact me anytime to see if we’d be a good fit to work together.
