MEET JAMES BAUER

I am a native of Westchester County, born and raised by a long line of second-generation residential and commercial Broker-Owners in NY. The family business has been a successful brokerage for over 30 years, and this is where I believe my passion to help and serve others derives from. My personal interests include playing guitar, running, and trading stocks. Above all, I value spending time with friends and family.
Relatedly, I have experience working for Castlerock REO, a firm that specializes in the purchase of bank-owned real estate. In my capacity as the Operations Manager of Acquisitions I have helped manage over 2000 purchases - working directly with banks, servicers, and auction platforms across the country. Now as a Realtor, I am excited to be involved in the more personal and positive side of the business, working directly with buyers and sellers.
I am an alumnus of Fordham Prep; as part of our senior community service project, my class helped raise over $100,000 for Habitat for Humanity. I personally participated in the construction of Habitat homes in Robbins, TN in the Summer of 2009. In 2014 I graduated from Stony Brook University with a double bachelor's degree in Applied Math and Economics.
My peers consider me to be an excellent problem solver, communicator and team leader. I am highly adaptable, a necessary mindset in the ever-changing world of real estate sales and rentals.
