I believe in treating people well, in acting with integrity, and always being respectful and honest in all my dealings, both personal and professional. It is in my heart and soul to help others in the ways that I can, and this extends to my real estate business.
I truly love working in the real estate industry! I love helping my clients envision what “could be”, both from an aesthetic viewpoint and how it could impact their lives. I love helping them explore their financial potential for becoming homeowners, so I find myself helping many first-time homebuyers. I have also assisted many tenants and landlords alike, as well as investors.
My personal foray into purchasing and renovating investment properties was my initial introduction to the world of real estate, and I’ve been fortunate to turn that into a career that brings me so much joy. I learned, sometimes the hard way, the opportunities and pitfalls, so I am able to share my first-hand experiences and those important lessons. I also spent time working for a financial institution, helping people organize their financial lives and goals. And now, I offer my time to a neighborhood assistance group that offers potential homeowners the means to achieve their dreams. All of these experiences, skills and contacts benefit my clients in myriad ways.
On a personal note, I grew up and lived in the Caribbean island of Dominica before moving to Yonkers almost 20 years ago with my young family. I enjoy cooking and gardening, and have a good eye for rehabbing or otherwise improving properties.
