Real Estate Salesperson
I consider myself the go-to person that my clients can lean on to get things done. I am a take-charge person and when I have my sights set on accomplishing a meaningful goal, I work steadily and surely until its achieved.
I earned my real estate salespersons license in 2004. The majority of my business has always come through referrals from friends & colleagues who appreciate my loyalty and trustworthiness, and from satisfied clients who have seen how hard I work to make sure their real estate dreams come true. I have a creative and artistic eye which enables me to help my clients envision the design or potential in a home, and know whether it will fit their needs.
In addition to my real estate career, I have spent over 20 years working with special needs children, including assisting with aquatic therapy programs and teaching life skills. I am conversant in sign language and certified in Ethnic & Cultural Diversity, which also carry over to my real estate business. My role as an educator has taught me a great deal about flexibility, patience and communication skills. Both careers have required me to polish my negotiation skills and focused me on personalized one-on-one experiences.
I am a Westchester County native, having grown up in Eastchester and now a Yonkers resident for the past 20+ years, so I specialize in working with clients primarily in southern Westchester County, and by referral to other areas. Giving back to my community has always been a way of life for me, including 9 years as co-chair of Yonkers Relay for Life for the American Cancer Society, as well as volunteering for Special Olympics, Girl Scouts, and other meaningful causes.
As my client, you will always have someone to depend on to look out for your best interests and get the job done!
