In my first year of real estate in 2004, I earned Rookie of the Year at my brokerage. As a single parent working multiple jobs for many years, I was determined to make the best use of my time in everything I did. That’s never changed; my real estate clients get my absolute best efforts and dedication each and every time and, in turn, I get their loyalty.
Several years later, I started working in property management and have worked with some of the largest management companies and sponsors in the area. I also became a licensed insurance agent, an added benefit to assist my management and residential clients.
Some of my expertise lies in my in-depth understanding of the real estate process. In the case of the many co-op boards and shareholders I’ve represented, that includes my ability to financially qualify each potential resident before time and money are invested in an application that ultimately won’t pass muster. I also have experience and a proven track record working with contractors and investors for renovations to stay or sell.
I am Mt. Pleasant born & raised and attended Pace University where I majored in accounting. I actually live in the house I grew up in, and hope that one of my kids will want to buy it down the road! We are a family of animal lovers, having rescued many pets over the years. I love martial arts, hiking, the studies of human psychology and quantum physics, and self-improvement inspiration.
